Taris North Aegean Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with a maximum acidity of 0.5%, enhances the flavor of sauces, salads, hot and cold dishes with its natural aroma.
Analysis and control of Taris brand olives and olive oils have been carried out in laboratories accredited to the International Olive Oil Council since 2000.
Olive oil may change color or even freeze when left in the cold or refrigerated. The frozen olive oil will become liquid again at room temperature. Even if this situation changes the color of the oil, it does not cause any deterioration in its taste or content.
