Shipping Destinations
Turcamart ships exclusively to the United States. Our aim is to bring the rich flavors of Türkiye to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the USA.
However, please note that some products exempt from this rule may be shipped worldwide. Be sure to check the product descriptions for international shipping availability.
Shipping Carrier
We've partnered with FedEx Express to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders. From our location in Türkiye to your address in the United States, we rely on FedEx's international express shipping service.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our commitment is to get your orders to you quickly. You can typically expect your Turcamart order to arrive within 2 to 4 business days from the date of your package's pick-up by the FedEx courier. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.

Customs Information
For our valued customers in the United States:

Customs Tax: Customs duties and taxes are collected at checkout page for some countries (the US, Canada, and some others). If you paid these charges when placing your order, no additional payment will be required upon delivery for the customs tax.
If customs taxes were not collected at the checkout page of your order, you may still be responsible for them based on your country’s customs regulations. In such cases, the shipping carrier may advance the customs tax on your behalf to your local customs authority. You would then receive an invoice from the carrier for the customs tax and any related service fees.

Customs Fees: In very rare cases, the customs may want to inspect the package content and there might be fees associated with this service. While we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience, buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may be applicable. Customs fees, if any, will be determined by the customs authorities of the United States.
Order Dispatch Time
Efficiency is our priority. Almost all orders are dispatched within 3 business days, and more than 90% of orders are shipped within just 1 business day. We're dedicated to getting your Turkish goodies on their way to you as swiftly as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time and receive timely updates.
Delivery Policy
We ship all orders to the address provided at checkout using trusted carriers with tracking. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered to that address, the order is considered complete. If you’d like extra security, you can request signature confirmation at checkout for an extra $10 fee. Please note that we can’t be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. If that happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for help locating your package.
