Turcamart Return & Refund Policy

At Turcamart, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product, and we've established the following return policy to make the process as straightforward as possible.

1. Return Window: You have a 90-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return for any reason. If you wish to return a product, please contact us within this period.

2. Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The packaging must be unopened.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be intact.

3. Contact Us First: Before initiating the refund process, please get in touch with us via email at info@turcamart.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a confirmation. Packages sent back to us without prior confirmation will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, we understand your concern. In such cases, please contact us and provide a photo of the damaged product within the 7 days of delivery. However, please note that items damaged due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, will not be eligible for return or refund. For example, perishable items like chocolate may melt due to warm weather, which is beyond our control.

5. Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Time-sensitive perishable items (e.g., magazines, newspapers).
  • Gift cards.
  • Personal-use products (e.g., intimate or sanitary goods, health products, personal care products).
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Products that were ordered as part of a special request.

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly send you an email notification to confirm its arrival. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:

  • Verify your bank account to ensure the refund has not been deposited.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially reflected in your account.
  • Get in touch with your bank, as there is typically a processing period before the refund is finalized. If, after completing these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@turcamart.com.

Sale Items (if applicable): Please note that only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only facilitate exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at info@turcamart.com and we will provide return address details.

Gifts: If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or was shipped to the gift giver for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping: To return your product, please contact us beforehand and we will provide you our warehouse address in Turkey. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund amount. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items exceeding a $75 value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or considering the purchase of shipping insurance for added security.
