Dr. Oetker Karamel Soslu Trileçe 315 G

Dr. Oetker Trileçe brings together the popular dessert of the Balkans (Macedonia), tres leches, in a single package. It makes it possible to easily prepare triles by adding only a few ingredients to the box content. You can prepare trileche, a light and aromatic dessert with its special wet cake and sauce, in a practical way with the ingredients that come out of the package.

Usage Suggestions for Making Dr. Oetker Tres Leches at Home

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 600 ml (3 cups) milk
  • 200 ml cream

Electric Oven Settings

  • Turbo cooking: 160°C (preheated)
  • Bottom-top cooking: 160°C (preheated)
  • Cooking time: Approx. 25-35 minutes

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Preparing the Egg Whites

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C.
  2. Grease a 22 x 22 cm heat-resistant mold with margarine.
  3. Separate the yolks of the 3 eggs from the whites.
  4. Place the egg whites in a whisking bowl and whisk them with the mixer for 3 minutes until stiff peaks form.

2. Preparing the Tres Leches Mixture

  1. Add the egg yolks to the whipped egg whites.
  2. Slowly fold the yolks into the whites with a spatula or spoon until evenly mixed.
  3. Gradually add the flour mixture, gently folding to maintain the foamy texture.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking mold and smooth the top.

3. Baking

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-35 minutes.
  2. Remove the trileçe from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Gently separate the edges from the mold using a knife and cut into 6 slices.

4. Soaking and Serving

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream and milk.
  2. Add the powder mixture for soaking and mix thoroughly with a hand whisk for 2-3 minutes until completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the soaking sauce over the sliced trileçe immediately.
  4. Let the trileçe reach room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. When serving, drizzle approximately 1 teaspoon of caramel sauce over each slice.
