After collecting the milk hygienically in milk collection centers located in various regions, it is cooled in the cooling tanks in these centers and delivered to the factory by vehicles carrying double wall tanks without breaking the cold chain. Production is carried out under hygienic conditions.



300 tons of milk per day is processed in the factory, which has a closed area of ​​30,000 m2, and has high technological equipment and high hygienic conditions, where the milk of Çanakkale Ezine region is processed.



When cutting cheese, a cheese knife must be used and the knife must be wetted. This will help the cheese to be cut properly. If the cheese is not to be consumed immediately, it should be stored in its own packaging. All cheese varieties should be kept in the refrigerator without light. After opening its package, it should be protected by cutting off contact with air in a suitable storage container.
