Ariste Kars Aged Kashkaval (similar to Cheddar Cheese), or Eski Kasar Peyniri in Turkish, is produced from pasteurized cow's milk and a mixture of sheep-goat milk according to the season.
It reaches cheese lovers with its less salty and flexible structure as well as other aged kashar cheeses in Turkey. It is one of the most beloved aged cheese of the Turkish kitchen.
