Elit Confectioner Compound Raspberry Flavored Chocolate is used in cake making and pastry.

It is a gluten-free chocolate product and does not contain gluten.

The product should be melted using the bain-marie method (the product placed in a deep mold is placed in a bowl filled with hot water). Care should be taken to prevent heat from coming into contact with the product, and heating the product several times should be avoided. This chocolate is mostly used in coatings and decorations as it has a slightly higher fat content compared to couverture (10-20% cocoa butter) and freezes quickly.

Special Storage/Use Conditions: Protect from air, light and moisture. Do not expose to extreme temperature changes. Store in a dry place at 18-22 degrees.
