Usage Recommendations
1-Spread the baking paper on the baking tray. Pour the flour mixture into the whisk bowl and add the egg, water, milk and oil. Whisk with the mixer ends first at low speed and then at high speed for a total of 3 minutes. Take pieces of half a teaspoon from the dough and scrape them with another spoon and arrange them on the baking paper. Cook until lightly browned. Take it out of the oven and let it cool. 2- Preparation of the sauce Add milk and chocolate sauce mixture to the pot. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and boil for 2-3 more minutes. Take it from the stove and cool it by mixing occasionally. 3- Whisk the cold milk and cream mixture with the whisk tips of the mixer first at low speed and then on high speed for about 3-4 minutes. Put the cream in a squeezing bag and fill the space inside by piercing under the balls or by dividing the balls in half. Pour the chocolate sauce over the profiterole balls just before serving.
